जहां तक मैं जानता हूं कि भारत के संस्कृति के अनुसार स्त्री को जब उस की तारीफ करनी हो तो कहते हैं कि स्त्री एक काली मां है, एक शक्ति है, दुर्गा है इत्यादि। लेकिन जब उस स्त्री पर कोई संकट आता है तो कहते हैं कि स्त्री एक अबला नारी है, कमजोर है और सब से ज़्यादा उसी के तरफदार मिल जाते हैं समाज में। और अधिकतम कानून उसी की सुरक्षा में बने हैं। जब एक स्त्री को कोई कम कर के बात करे तब वो स्त्री मर्दों से बराबरी पर उतर आ ती है। जब उस से कोई गलती हो जाती है तब वही स्त्री अबला हो जाती है। ऐसा क्यों है? जब कोई मर्द कमजोर होता है तब भी उस को मर्द होने के नाते तब उस के साथ अन्याय होने पर भी कोई रहम नहीं करता, ऐसा क्यों ? जब सज़ा देना है तो वो अगर एक स्त्री है तो नरमी दिखाई जाएगी और अगर एक मर्द है तो गर्मी दिखाई जाएगी, भले वो मर्द कमजोर हो तब भी उस के साथ कोई भी नरमी नहीं दिखाई जाएगी। क्यों कि हमारे समाज का माइंड सेट ऐसा ही बनाया गया है।
