Leeks are milder than onions, here we have them in a white or cheese sauce. Leek and potato soup is yummy in the cold weather I prefer pork loin but shoulder is fatty

I just wanted to mention to you to store celery in foil, it will last much longer, almost 3 weeks. Don't store it in the plastic bags it comes in

Missed the live. Had a late dinner. Leeks are delicious but you have to clean really good, they are a very mild type of onion. Great in soups. Expensive but worth it. Look up recipes for them. Try it for lunch one day. Taste great sliced in rings on salad too. Yes, that is a good color on Thomas. I would love some cool weather. I miss the leaves changing. Hanna looks tired tonight.

Why is it called pork butt? Pork Shoulder Demystified: Boston Butt Versus Picnic Shoulder In colonial New England, butchers packed inexpensive cuts of meat into large barrels, called butts, for storage and transportation. The shoulder meat packed into these barrels became known as pork butt, and the name stuck. Interesting!

do it in the slow pot cook it long time the have it as a roast then take it out put in fridge the next day warm it up and do it on bread cakes with barbaque sauce on with chips

Tomorrow I have a long day ahead of me. I have to go to Henryford's Hospital to get some tests done. Blood work, oxygen level checked, and Aquadic level work done. Two years ago, I caught Mersa (flesh eating disease) on my lower left leg from a grocery cart that poked in my left leg when I was pulling it out from being stuck in heavy snow. Leeks are onions indeed. They're delicious. You can cook with them, just dice them up and add it to ground beef to make hamburger meat, you can also consume leeks in your salads. That's why the Grocers put leeks with your other onions. Leeks havd a sweet onion taste. 🌰 that is why Chinese restaurants ise leeks in there foods. Besides, leeks have a longer shelf life. 😊

cut leeks in to slices and add top veg stock and add diced petatoes and bit of butter and cook till soft then add cup milk and blend it its so nice cheap and tasty

I have 6 kids, 5 boys and one girl. They are all adults now except my youngest boy. He will be 8 next month. My next youngest is my only daughter who is 18. All are out on their own now ( except the 8 year old of course) which makes me both happy and sad at the same time. So anyway my older ones are all 2 years apart. 4 boys and a girl and then another boy.
