Johnny, listen to my words, if you would. I have been around since the early 90s. I remember well when this game came out and I heard this song for the first time. And like many, I was blown away by it. The song is truly a timeless classic and also an extremely difficult one to cover. I know this because it was out of my vocal range by the time I was 14. I have also listened to countless covers of it on the internet and every single one of them failed to live up to the standard that Crush 40 set. Every single one in the last 20+ years... until now. Congratulations Johnny. You've done it. As far as I'm concerned you're the only one that has managed to successfully cover this song. You captured the original energy, you put your own spin on it but not so much that it no longers feels like Live and Learn. Your cover is the only one that made me feel like I was a kid again. Thank you for this. It means more to me than I can really put to words but I think I've done the best I can here. Well done lad.
