Peace to all who recognize. This is my teen years right here, and I'm still bumpin' F-R-E-S-H in 2021. There will never be another era like that one. Jay, you are appreciated.

@@brotherdivine1464 I lived in the Valley and the jams were crazy.I lived 2 blocks away from the park and you could hear the music coming from the stage which was in the middle of the park from my house! Only thing the Valley caretakers didnt like is when cats from other areas of the Bronx came and cause trouble because it gave us a bad name. There was always some type of beef with Edewnwald, Secor, Section 5 ( Co-op City), Hillside and even Gun Hill.Good memories indeed.

When F-R-E-S-H would come on the system and I was at the roller rink, my skating would go into overdrive lol. Always loved their music. The background information is golden as usual, so important for us to document how these cultural treasures came up in the music and regular life. Salute Jayquan for another winner

I had a tape, from the Rhythm Den, where the Fresh Three MC's, did a routine, to "Fantasy", by EW&F, the way the Cold Crush, world build a routine, to popular jingles, tunes, TV themes, etc. Then they'd rock over the instrumental to "Sucker MC's". Big up to the Fresh Three, Divine, and Quick Vince
