I couldn't agree more, prior to the universe putting the Moyers into my life I was lucky to get 4 or 5 hours of sleep here and there and I truly can't remember ever getting 8 hours even after days of not being able to sleep at all but since I usually don't make it 15 minutes into the video before I'm asleep and I always wake feeling well rested and revived it's been a real blessing

Went to sleep with this on last night. Got up this morning and was able to clean my room and do some yoga stretches, which I hadn't been able to do for weeks due to excruciating back pain. I feel great! Thank you both!
