He'd certainly be under strict secrecy restrictions in his job and he's gabbing away calling the Defendant some terrible names and calling it out as a homicide from very early on in the investigation. Sergeant Barros: ‘…that tail light was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED; it was CRACKED and…A PIECE was missing, but it was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED.’ Pieces of plastic subsequently appeared through February 2022 on the 3rd, the 8th, the 11th and 18th (with some large red plastic pieces significantly discovered by Proctor), and being submitted to the lab on March 14th, (giving a total of 29 ‘tail light’ fragments). On the stand Proctor states , ‘You can see that LARGE PIECES OF IT ARE MISSING.’ which directly contradicts the previous testimony from Barros. When Proctor takes out the tail light in the court room, he holds it upside down, for a while obscured by the bag and with what would have been the red section turned away from the jury. Pausing the video shows the majority of the larger red plastic section is missing, which clearly conflicts with the (only reliable) description from Sergeant Barros. Barros also states that at 2.30 pm on 29 January 2022 PROCTOR was already stating that Read’s vehicle ‘was involved in a homicide’, BEFORE HE HAD EVEN SEEN IT!

This broad is SO guilty. Motive: Every woman in this click of women she hung with ALL had a husband who was a part of Law Enforcement. That means a good income, they all had nice homes and they had kids. So ALL of these women had a nice, secure family and these women would collect their husbands pension and inherit their homes and savings. Karen is the ONLY one in that clique who wasn't married to a police officer, therefore giving her NO financial security, AND she felt that her dead boyfriend was drifting away from her. Cheating on her in Florida and flirting with others. She was SO pissed and JEALOUS that night, thinking her dead boyfriend went to visit his ex, she was in a RAGE and got into her vehicle and once she knew where he was, she backed that Lexus RIGHT into him. ALSO, before anyone even KNEW where he was and that a vehicle might be involved, she was screaming "DID I HIT HIM"? "IS HE DEAD", "DID I HIT HIM"???? THEN when she goes out with her friends looking for him, only SHE screamed for them to stop, because she saw her dead boyfriends body. IT WAS TOTALLY COVERED WITH SNOW AT THAT POINT. The gray haired middle aged broad knew that her time was running out to find financial security and KNEW that her boyfriend was about to dump her, SO, "IF I CAN'T HAVE HIM, NOBODY GETS HIM". She killed him because she was FURIOUSLY JEALOUS and KNEW their relationship was on its way out. She wasn't going to spend her middle aged life working at Walmart. She's guilty of Second Degree Murder at MINIMUM (can't prove that she INTENTIONALLY killed him, but she sure as hell was out to hurt him and he ended up dead. NOW, the fact that she didn't just give herself up and beg for leniency in sentencing, she put everyone through FINANCIAL and EMOTIONAL pain while trying to blame OTHERS for his death. Don't forget, BEFORE they found him dead and BEFORE they knew if a vehicle was involved, she was screaming '"DID I HIT HIM:? IS HE DEAD? This evil gray haired old gold digger should get the CHAIR for putting everyone through this and trying to blame others for his murder. I honestly felt she was not guilty when this all started, because, I generally do NOT trust the police, but now that I'm watching EVERY MINUTE of this trial, I'd convict her of murder AND for blaming others for this murder. HELL HATH NO FURY THAN A GRAY HAIRED AGING WOMAN SCORNED! Sad part is ,the prosecution is horrible and her lawyers are great. Yet ANOTHER criminal goes free. @BoxerClover don't be too sure about that, this jury has witnessed serious levels of inappropriate activity from professionals that shouldn't be doing it, for example cutting up SIM cards, butt dialing phones the magically unlocked when they were sleeping, every time a witness for the prosecution is argumentative with the most basic things in front of the jury makes it more likely she will be found innocent.
