The defense attorney has already caught him in so many different lies and caused him to contradict himself in so many ways.. There is no way Trooper Paul wrote his own report. He doesn't seem to know what's in it and tries to read from it but gets shut down by the judge plus the words in the report are extremely polished and professional. But when he has to use his own words he uses phrases like "that stuff" and has no idea the meaning of many of the large words. He also seems to have zero knowledge of physics and formulas that are needed to do his job. He may have assisted them, but he didn't write that report as he claims.

I agree. Not only that, now, today, they have insinuated that Proctor deleted the search by going into the phone extraction data and adjusting it in a way that only a PhD computer scientist would be able to accomplish. That is so far-fetched, it has to turn off some jurors that may be on the fence, I was laughing today when I heard Yanetti cross the guy from England with those crazy questions. They should not have asked him a single question. If that is their accusation at this point, why not let your expert testify to how someone could accomplish deleting only a single search from the extraction data. Judging from today’s witness, it would be almost impossible to accomplish without detection, though.

Her statements about hitting him on the day he was found.
