Brilliant Dave, just love these canal videos, what was your rig like Dave? float, line, hook size, shoting pattern, and a silly question where do you get red worms from?
@davebrownfishing3 жыл бұрын
Cheers bud, the floats used were the Preston powers in a 0.5g on the worm rigs. With 0.18 Accu power mainline and 0.14 hooklengths. With a size 16 natural N-30 hook. Shotting pattern on the worm rig is a bulk of no.8 stotz and 2 no.10 droppers The caster rigs were a size 4×12 f1 fine float with the same mainline and n 0.12 hooklength with a size 18 natural N-10. The caster rigs had a shirt button shotting pattern of no.10s. Redworm is a bit of a nightmare to get hold of but if you know anyone with a horse, ask them if you can go and have a dig through their muck heap. I had some worms supplied to me in july and I've managed to look after them in a bucket in the garage so I've always got a few hookers!
