The fact that Michael Jackson could sing while dancing crazy and still sound perfect. This man was the embodiment of talent. Imagine being the inspiration of this many people. We, of course, will never get another Michael... but I always wonder, is anyone gonna ever be able to do it like Michael (in regards to being massively talented (all the way around) and influential enough to move the world)
@onesong20013 жыл бұрын
You are the embodiment of a clone who copies other mindless clones. There are many more talented artists than Jackson but his business success would be impossible to duplicate now because we have a huge amount of media available to everyone, even people living in the 3rd world. When MJ made it huge not only was he spending recordbreaking huge sums of money advertising his music but there were a very small number of TV stations to watch before cable TV caught on and no internet.
@snowy302533 жыл бұрын
@@onesong2001 so... you agree that we won't get another him then (I don't actually need your agreement with this. In the most literal sense, we won't.)? His accomplishments are grand whether you think other people are more talented or not. He influenced the world to this degree and despite what you believe, that is an impressive feat. I question whether we'd see someone who will do it in a similar fashion and I think that's valid. Looking at the outcome of his life, seeing it first hand... it is impressive. There's nothing wrong with being curious over whether someone will be able to amass something like what Michael did. You're undermining his success for what? What part of this do you disagree with? Even if you think there are more talented people out there, do you think MJ wasn't? Was he not an inspiration to a lot of people? Like what are you upset about?

To say that shows how long you've actually paid attention to him. Michael's VOICE was the first thing everyone noticed since he was five, it's part of how Jackson five got signed, not to mention the well known, seen by anybody not living under a rock at any point in existence when they performed who's Loving you. Smokey Robinson himself said he sang the song like a 45 year old man, but YOU just realized how great of a vocalist he was. Say it that way.

MJ's voice was 4 octaves. Prince's voice was 4.5 octaves. Axl Rose's voice was 6 octaves. Vocally, George Michael destroys MJ. Michael couldn't compete with Prince or Barry Gibb when it came to falsetto. MJ couldn't hang with Luther Vandross when it came to the ballads, either.
@ohsofly252 жыл бұрын

@harshith junna Are you six years old making a statement like that? All Jackson did was sing and dance. Nothing more. The dance routines were taken from true pioneers of dance and mixed up with other styles of dance. I've seen Jackson perform live twice and perform the same dance routines over and over. Jackson didn't have the falsetto of Barry Gibb, Prince or Phillip Bailey or Sebastian Bach. Elvis Presley's tenor & baritone leaves Jackson crying in the dust. Listen to "My Way", "The Wonder of You" for starters. When it comes to ballads: Luther Vandross, Bobby Hatfield, George Michael and Jeffrey Osborne Jackson doesn't compare. Now if you want to add the lovely and talented ladies such Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Barbara Streisand, Karen Carpenter, Aretha Franklin. Moonwalkers love saying Jackson was the best. Do yourself a big favor and listen to other artists. Your adoration for Michael Jackson clouds your judgement and blinds to the world of music.
@NoOne-xe2qf2 жыл бұрын
Maybe within his comfort zones Jackson was among the best. Jackson sing Heavy Metal better than Axl Rose, Sebastian Bach, Robert Plant and Geoffrey Tate. As far as Soul Music goes, you must not have heard of Luther Vandross, Phillip Bailey, Maurice White, Jeffrey Osborne.
