So sorry to hear you guys complain deeply of failing the exam. But I will assure you that Nclex exam won't be a problem to you anymore,if you work with someone like Mr Andrew . he help me through my exam and I made it through.

On the last question, im a tad confused. The patient is on a ventilator. So we need to be extra cautious, and the UAP is turning the client left to right? while on the mechanical ventilator? I would want the UAP to notify the RN if the client is in need for suctioning. ABC's
