I use extensions that constantly check the quantity of goods in the basket, for all sellers on the listing, and so I know exactly how the goods are sold, the exact quantity

Depends on the store, some will only ship locally. I definitely buy items doing Online Arbitrage though

In that case, yes. That store is a regional store and therefore have distributor relationships with those brands. It's not a discount or bargain store in any way that would pose a risk to having an illegitimate supplier

Hi Jimmy, a lot of leads I come across say that they’re “generic” brand. they’re brand name products and they sell well and because of the “generic” status, other sellers aren’t allowed to hop on their listing. This is against amazons rules right? I see it very often, and it would be good topic to cover in a video, sort of a brand navigation video that tells us beginners what we’re looking at, or start telling us to do that because it seems like the meta on amazon.

Definitely avoid the Generic listings on Amazon, it is a red flag and something that needs to be avoided as you mentioned. Thank you for the video suggestion!

with grocery for FBA how do you know if the expiration date will work?

If you're doing OA, you really don't until they show up. You could return items that don't have a good expiration date. You can also aim to only get items with long expiration dates like canned goods instead
