Cards are different base on your seat with paigow. Because every spot is dealt. It's not like bj where players coming in and out will affect your hand.

That's fair, I do that time to time. I have to remind myself the cards don't have a memory though and it's just part of variance

Maybe. But isn't it odd that the dealer had consistent huge hands?? Maybe for fun try moving to the far left on occasion. Maybe superstition, but when they had the old shuffle machines, those tables used to be packed. They didn't have to have "face up" as they killed the game with the current shufflers
