1. Praise God for 5 min just after you woke up 2. In the morning, at least read Bible and pray to God more than 15 min 3. Before sleeping, have a family prayer at least for 20 min 4. Change your caller tune and ringtone to any God song 5. Change your wallpaper to encouraging word of God 6. Before sleeping don't keep your mobile beside you.
