Hello there! What happens when you follow all the steps, but you get stopped at 2FA? My account was hacked, I have been able to change the email and pasword, but I can not log in because of their 2FA. When I send my ID off, I receive an email back that says, "You can now get back into your account," but when I click the link, it just takes me to the login page. Can you please do a step by step video so I can ensure I am doing the process correctly? Thank you so much in advance
