Tips on making a tree trunk with roots with spray foam?ever made one before?

I have not, but I would suggest going heavy on the spray foam so you have more to work with when carving it down, possibly build a basic structure (skeleton) out of cardboard to attach the foam to. Aquarium divider grid could also work, then I would layer it with asi silicone
