I saw the session and these are the facts. Firstly the mic wasn’t muted. RG’s voice wasn’t heard for the first few seconds but then we could hear him clearly. Secondly the speaker advised that he will be given proper time to debate but after the motion of thanks is over as per procedure. After that, all the ruckus started and opp came to the well.
