Industrial development is key for development. State has responsibility to facilitate development. But government also has to be regulator in case of malfunction in industries. Hindenburg claims has caused huge losses for investors in India. And he was able to find irregularities in Adani as government fails to put sufficient regulatory measure due to corruption and nexus. That has caused damage to Indian youth.

Loan to assets ratio has actually worsened. Thirdly u can't compare adani with Tesla. Adani is a conventional technology based company whose net assets primarily comprise physical assets. Tesla is a technology company with intellectual assets forming a significant part of its net assets and technology breakthroughs can push it's share price. For example, 2 years ago Tesla started manufacturing NMA batteries and is currently the only company doing so for EVs. Anybody who knows about EV batteries knows how important that breakthroug is. In other words, ur long and worldly argument is illogical and ill informed!

He is a repeat offender. He is out on bail for multiple cases. So why he or his lawyers didn't attend court hearings until the day of sentencing? He could have got out of it had he attended the hearing and followed judicial process..also, post 2013 case, even the house does not have any right to protect the lawmaker from expunging his name as a constituent member, that's what the law says, I have watched Ravish Kumar report on this.
