I’ve been giving haircuts to probably almost every rooted figure I have . No worries at all ! I have years of practicing since I was a kid and always cut off the hairs of my barbies 🥹. First thing I did with Aragorn was give him a haircut 😅.

@@sixthscaleshero took me a year to gather my bravery to style and cut the hair of my grail Thranduil . But after that ,everything was a fair game 😅.

Maybe I’ll get there one day! I have a third party rooted sculpt I’ll never use, so maybe I can practice on it one day if I feel the need to cut some figure hair.

On the Climate and humidity issue . I think for durability Hot Humidity is the issue . Because in the Netherlands we have loooots of humidity but it’s always cold , and so far no issue for me with neither silicone bodies ( posed and left in poses for a year) , nor with pleather.
