Hey there - can you share your thoughts on the Rainier floor plan by castlerock over at craig ranch mckinney versus a Chappell floor plan by normandy over at stacy crossing mckinney (just right across the street). They have similar pricing/size. Also wanted to get your thoughts on that area generally given theres the farm development and costco (apparently?) coming in that area
