He made the choice based on his uncle being worshipped by his parishioners who literally kissed his shoes in church. Johnny hated it and so did God! Satan loved it. This is what Satan wanted for himself. God said no. Satan refused to look after mankind, to be humble to not be worshipped. God is the only One to be worshipped! Further proof that Jesus is God bc He allowed man to worship Him on earth 🌍🤗no one has ever explained the truth of this to Johnny. Please pray for Johnny. That his heart will soften for the truth. I heard JD raise his voice once or twice in the recordings during the trial, and I heard AH sounding 'distressed' once. What I DIDN'T hear, was JD raising his voice CAUSING AH to cry, or get upset, or get scared or distressed in any way. The times when JD became loud, AH was louder, nastier, and more confrontational. Alternately, the times AH became distressed, JD was calmly talking, saying he wanted to leave, or "let's stop and talk again in the morning", etc, etc. You can't take the RESULT of one argument (AH becoming distressed), and confuse it with the EVENTS of a different argument (one where JD raised his voice). She was NEVER scared or intimidated by JD in ANY of the arguments they had, quite the opposite, she was provocative and confrontational. This is probably a poor analogy but ...... If a couple have the type of 'intimate' relationship where they engage in acts that require a 'safe word' (what could be called an extreme physical encounter). Then if they BOTH agree, that's not abuse. However, if one partner isn't 'in the mood' and the other partner insists, that IS abuse. Even though it is the same two people engaging in acts that they both may have willingly engaged in at other times. Likewise, if your partner calls you a: "old f#*king, washed up, fat piece of sh!t, etc, etc". And you retaliate: "You're a dirty f#*king, no good stinking whore, etc, etc" (what could be called an extreme verbal encounter). That also is NOT abuse, because BOTH parties have decided to throw reason out the window, and instead unload on each other and let off some steam. It CANNOT be abuse if both parties are willingly participating. (You may tell them that "This doesn't solve anything", etc, etc, ... but, at the end of the day, it's THEIR relationship and if that's what they BOTH want to do, then it's nobodies business but theirs). Abuse is when ONE party forces the other party to participate in something (physical or verbal) that they don't want to be part of. And from what I've seen in this trial, it was AH who constantly forced JD into arguments he did not want to be part of. THAT is abuse. My concern is that the jury may, incorrectly, make a correlation between the OUTCOME of one confrontation (AH crying), and the events of a different confrontation (one where JD raised his voice), and conclude that JD was abusive. If AH isn't made accountable for ALL her perjury and sent to jail, it will be a travesty of justice..

I AGREE! I wish his lawyers would have pointed this out more often ( but they are absolute rock stars-dont get. me wrong). You don't goad your abuser.. you walk on eggshells & feel relief when they are not around. This whole "that's opiate, Johnny, that's speed Johnny.. I've learned to see the cycles". That just sounds ridiculous! Do they each come with different types of abuse? One more thought, if she's so worried & frantic to get ahold of him because she's worried he's going to"use", wouldn't you send someone else to find/stop him? Not like there weren't a myriad of staff & friends around.

You just need lipstick, eyeshadow, various pigments (cream and powder) I don’t have a bruise kit but I have lots of makeup I can use to create a bruise. I just zoomed in and looked at the photo closely and it’s obviously not a bruise kit. It wouldn’t stand on its side at a 60 degree angle, it would be laying flat because they are cheap plastic , flat palettes with clear lids. But you are free to believe what you want!

@@Namanzw well I appreciate you at least considering my opinion. I think Johnny is innocent and I hope he wins but I also don’t want to give Amber credibility by spreading misinformation and not thoroughly checking things out myself. But I can see where it could look like a 4 pan palette. I just don’t think it really is!

Im just wondering if Amber’s allegations of sexual abuse are true, why is she distancing herself from the title of the article? If he did sexual abuse her, then the title is justified. So her attempted dissociation from the title is telling.

Exactly. Bc she's lying. Lies of this magnitude don't make sense.

I can believe he might of grabbed her, shook her, pushed her away. But I cannot believe he punched or slapped her or kicked her. Definitely not sexually attack her. Even wasted on alcohol or drugs, it seems very out of character. But maybe I am wrong.

If Amber is making this SA up then she is an evil cruel woman….which is what Johnny is saying right. It’s so mean it’s hard to believe. I’ve been praying God would shine the light and expose the lie. If she is lying then she has brought Me Too to its knees. We do need to believe that men can be abused.

They, Heards friends, corroborated because to do otherwise would be to admit they too perjured themselves. I am not a legal eagle but I can see why they would continue to perpetuate the lie after providing depositions in UK trial. Lying in US their own country would make anyone have second thoughts. They probably thought the divorce would be the end of their involvement but it escalated to this trial.

You guys did an excellent job with this! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this trial with you. I am very satisfied with the verdict. I do, however, agree with you that Ms. Vasquez read far too much. I went to law school back in the Dark Ages, in the early '80's. In my Moot Court class, if we would have read our arguments like she did, I believe we would not only have flunked the course, but would have been made so much fun of and humiliated we wouldn't want to be seen around campus for awhile. Her arguments were solid, but I can't believe she is/was so inexperienced with the case that she couldn't loosen up a bit. Practice, practice, practice! Anyway, now I've got to go check out what other cases you guys are looking into. You have become a neat little corner of my days lately!

You can't prove a negative. And you can't defend yourself against an ongoing smear campaign from someone who is determined to ruin your entire life, because the law is on the side of the accuser. With no credible evidence on either side, your destroyer will win. The law is completely unreasonable in civil law, where you are guilty until you can do the (usually impossible) and prove a negative. It's a law that encourage narcissists to go on crusades against their victims, and that's a dangerous thing in my opinion.

I don't know if they told JD to stop smiling, but he certainly felt sad and probably regretful, when hearing the list of people who testified in support of him - at 35:10 minutes, I feel/see that he was upset at what these people sacrificed to be part of this rot... At 51:00 JD suddenly acknowledges to himself, his part in the negative and abusive behaviour - I'm not saying that it is as AH describes - then JD ponders his weakness in 'allowing' it all to continue, for reasons that include the possibility of her retaliating with self harm...

I heard a lawyer say that when an attorney defends a client and presents a close, he or she is speaking for the client…a mouthpiece for the client. Depp has been silent during this marriage probably to keep the peace. He needed this team to finally stand up and say NO MORE! Finally his freedom of speech. Hopefully justice is done and all can move on. There are babies to consider and careers to resume. Just my opinion

Has anybody noticed that her makeup as normally worn could be misconstrued as a “bruise” if photographed up close and on only one side? The photo she is calling a bruise could just be her normal makeup job, or a reaction to new makeup.

I get your preference for not reading closing testimony to the jury. Guess I and others just don't care about that tiny detail. The jury really paid attention to her - that's what counts, aye? To us, Depp's lawyer, Camille, is a Rock Star to all of us thoroughly in love with JD's team and believing in Johnny. She's awesome! Many of us on our devices are 'listening' to her tone n delivery. Her words/style are straight on target 🎯, firm, and spot on the facts. Plus, she totally unnerves Amber 😁 We hear her words, that is the important thing. What she says and how she's done so is superb. (Slows down or speeds up at just the right places, even silent pauses, pure gold.) Until you mentioned her reading it (and disliked it, I think) none of us even cared about that. And also, in this state and case, they ran with 9 in the jury and today took out 2 extras. Yes, they use 7 for next week's decision . Just saying. Love learning from your remarks. And I really love the idea of you and your dad working cases together. I'll bet you both are formidable - as a team, there must be natural chemistry. Ciao 🖖
