When I was watching the trial I honed in on all of Amber's friends who said Johnny was the one who invited them to move in. I knew instantly that he was not likely to be an abuser if he was inviting her sister and her friends to move in. That testimony helped Johnny tremendously

Best friends for 13 years. Living next door. Rocky would have known everything about Amber and been super super close. They are ridiculous, but real abuse is never that simple. I took my friend away from her abusive boyfriend, I forced her to stay with me and told her she had to get away. She left my house in the middle of the night and went back to him. She made it clear she would never forgive me if I called the cops. It is not as simple as it sounds, and I would believe it’s even worse for public figures. She DID refuse to celebrate Christmas (according to messages) with Johnny because she didn’t approve of his behaviour. I believe Amber TOLD her she was abused and she believed her. In her defence, if you believe your friend is abused and you leave next door, the last thing you would do is leave your friend and move. I believe she believed Amber was abused and then agreed to lie on Ambers behalf to frame him and having free rent was a cherry on top

So interesting that she only sold her beads for 3 months and lived rent free + all utilities?bills for a little over 2 years and is now a yoga instructor. Yet, she has a net worth of 1.5 Million Dollars and only in her mid thirties. Not only that but her ex husband and other freeloader Josh D. Is also worth a cool 1 Million Dollars in his mid thirties. In fact all those who were around to “comfort/Help poor Amber’ during the phone “incident “ are all worth at least 1 Million Dollars while only in their mid thirties. Unbelievable that not one of these folks has ever worked in a professional setting yet they are already nearly set for retirement. So hoping Brian and Jax will do some deep diving regarding this highly unusual situation. My husband and I are headed for retirement and both worked as professionals and neither had million dollars when only in our mid thirties- it’s just not possible when you are barely working as all of them were. Something is off; big time and really hope it’s investigated properly. Just my opinion.

It's amazing how little she remembers about the stories everyone told about her best friend just under 2 months prior to this deposition. I might take a minute to remember who told what, but I'd have general broad strokes of what stories were told about someone I cared about on their big day so soon after it happened. It's really interesting that Amber was the one that seemed upset while Johnny seemed fine, and when she last saw them for the night, Amber was happy holding his hand. Far cry from the tension filled evening and almost immediate fighting that Amber later described.

they asked for a early break because of 3 reasons - 1/ the lawyers for amber knew that the direction may well be heading in the " you will say anything amber wants you to" because you are living in a expensive penthouse rent free so she has something over you. 2/ Amber gave you permission to move into Johnny depps penthouse rent free and 3/ because rocky jewelry was a point of contention during the court case and she said it was located only in the penthouse she stayed in not elsewhere on the floor in a different penthouse. Question- at the beginning of the deposition, what happens if they ask you what medication you’re taking or if you’re taking medication at all, and you don’t want to answer? How are they allowed to ask private medical information?

Rocky is saying JD told the story of how they first met is different from What Whitney Heard said. WH says Johnny made a reference at how nice Amber behind looked in a seat after she got up from a seat when he told the story and it made everyone uncomfortable. Wouldn’t Raquel have told this same story ?

I find the time for the dinner party rather short in time ; 8 to 10. Arrive at 8. Eat at 9 leave at 10ish. No coffee. After dinner drinks, dessert. No retiring to the inside, chatting, mingling. It's a Friday night too. Very strange. I heard or read somewhere that the party started at 7. If true, why lie about the time?

Like if I was having a special dinner for.my birthday and my husband wasn't there I would be frustrated and my best friend would be like hell yeah she was pissed and she would be mad at him too and say something to him.
