Summary or objective is not needed Focus more on the projects, keep it top, you can also keep exp in the top write project descriptions in bullet points (add technically challenging things which you have done in the project. ex: optimizing api calls and perfrmance by 20%) Dont write hobbies and interests solve questions and add leetcode profile to the resume github, linkiedin profile links are needed make the other person who is reading your resume curious Never put any links that are broken in the resume No need of photograph in the resume Only 1 pager resume Languages (Telugu, Hindi, English) are not needed in the resume

your resume review shows that you are a developer not a recruiter, so you shouldn't be reviewing the CV but you should review the code, so next time do some code reviews, numbers only matters when they are in your salary, other than that numbers are just numbers :)
