This really hammers home the concept of having high standards, there's so many minute differences in JB's mindset that create the biochemistry necessary to project that awesome level of charisma. It’s sad really. His ego really got in the way. There could have been so much gold between the both of them discussing sales, strategy, etc. And Grant lied... he does know about Jordan’s sales strategy because he mocks his tonality and mirroring techniques all the time. 8:07 My problem is that if a salesperson asks me questions that I don't want to answer. Like giving personal info of what is wrong with the company etc. I would "say mind your own business" or "get to the point". Some people just aren't open. so "tell me what's going on" wouldn't work. And sometimes if they tell you bad depressing stuff it confuses you

Giving most information does you no harm and could immensely benefit you. You have to be low IQ to be guarded about half the shit sales people ask you. Unless they are asking s.s. number or something, just have a high enough IQ to know if you can't figure out how giving up certain info will hurt you, than nobody else can either

Agree first. Note: Professional buyers are always looking for a discount. "I'm with you, the price is always higher than we want, right? Even when it's lower, it's still too high!" The fact they're complaining about price is golden -- they *want* to buy!! Secondly, break the price down to a ridiculous number from per month, to week, to per day. Thirdly, show them MORE expensive inventory. Then lower priced inventory. This creates a price anchor that helps them to make a decision faster, rather than them leaving to do that anyway in their own time.
