Over 26 years serving as a criminal lawyer I have NEVER heard of prisons have cell phone. Most get 2-3 calls a day. There are 2 phones on the which they all share. They had iPads that you can't make calls, but it does have e-messaging & watch movies. Total chaos

What about the other residents who reside in the same apartment building? What happens if they start filing complaints because they don't feel safe? I think anyone who lives in that building would all be at risk. These days, you never know what can happen. Like the old saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for." His attorney suggesting he be allowed to live on an island where there are no boats is the biggest red flag and joke. I can only imagine the island has already been altered with an escape plan. As crazy as that may sound, we're talking about a desperate person who has money and has been exposed for all his crimes. From the sounds of it, he's not going to win the war. What does he have to lose at this point? This reminds me of the newly released movie, "Emilia Perez." P. DIDDY is going to turn himself into P. DOTTY! 😅

If that is actual dialogue back and forth, it sounds like the judge is being contrary and trying to create a situation where he can justify giving Diddy bail. You have to be careful with this situation because the corruption runs deep and the judge could be paid off or getting pressured.

Seems to me that this monster having previously been known for buying off people, lawyers?, police?, and with him already getting denied bail previously- for this judge to up and give bail to him would be highly suspicious as to what he the judge, is saying he doesn’t want him doing paying off or intimidating people - hopefully this judge has enough integrity to do what is right and keep him exactly where he is.

He's a risk for getting to victims/victim intimidation, plus he could hinder prosecution too, as more witnesses/victims may be way too afraid to come forward to testify (and i don't blame them!) Letting him out would give him WAY too much control over the situation. The charges he faces are extremely serious, and he still poses a risk to the public. He's still a flight risk, and/or at risk of taking himself out as well. I can't see any judge agreeing to bail for this monster.

Excellent Excellent analysis. My thoughts were the judge is humoring the defense so that everything is on the record. Going back to the judge order denying a gag order but reiterating fair trial rules, it is clear trying to influence a jury as Diddy said “we only need one” is jury tampering by legal definition. From other legal analysis the belief is that he’ll ultimately deny bail but is covering Everything in case of an appeal. Again most lawyers and legal analysts believe it will be denied especially because pretrial services is against bail. We’ll see next week. Again EXCELLENT ANALYSIS compared to other channels that are going off emotion vs understanding law. EXCELLENT Glad you mentioned that Government showed the CNN version of the video as opposed to the full version. Govt didn’t edit it was CNN version. Amazing most are looking past that and blaming govt just as the Defense wants.

The first two bail hearings were pretty much just a "No." This time I think the judge is just asking the questions to further back up his "No" this time around. Also I think it is a real danger to give him bail, as something may happen, as the people truly want him to stay in.
