Andy Robinson speak on "Jars of Clay: The strengths of weakness: why God values weak leaders" from 2 Corinthians.
Many church leaders - whether paid or voluntary - feel weak but think they have to display an image of strength. Over time that can be toxic for them and their churches and undermine faithfulness. Is there a better way? Looking at 2 Corinthians we’ll discover an alternative path. How can we learn to rejoice in weakness so that both leaders and churches benefit?
