Tulfo about roi in generators., Ang mkikita mo po sa ground is that yung gmit nila na fully refunded na ng customer thru fixed cost ggmmitin na nmn nila in other areas at yung cost ay mauulit na babayaran ng customers where in fact facilities where used., it just transfered after they ended contract with distribution utilities.,

Tama ma yan, puro kayo hearing, Yung fee on system loss hangang ngayon meron pa rin, cause why Meralco is not taking seriouse on penalizing jumpers, kase bawing bawi na sila sa system loss fee, biro mo 300 to 400 kada users/households. kaya di kapanipaniwala mga hearing na yan eh, tignan mo nalang yung kay Delima, nung hearing guilting guilty mgayon puro acquitted na. Puro media milledge lang yan.

During the time of Marcos era before Cory govt the power generation & transmission (transco) which is own by Napocor a GOCC entity ..napocor is the top gross earner among the GOCC’s coz NPC is more concern on the quality of service not on profit…not like private company who are profit oriented…this is ugly side of privatization & one more thing the Epira law is a failure in price of electricity..my unsolicited advice is to revert back to govt control of power utilities thru the Maharlika Investment Corp…just like Singapore…

Ngcp must be taken back by the govt. Good governance will stabilized the operation. Look what has happened on net profits! The stakeholders shall be charge of “economic sabotage if the amounts will not be return to goverment. The energy commission maybe in conspiracy of ngcp

The Executive Committee shal formed a specialized committee with the help of international consultants how the govt will take over the Electricity and Water in the Philippines 1) It shall be phase by phase and by regions 2) There shall be specific time when to start the take over 3) The same with Private Power Plants 4) The goverment shall abolished all committees related to energy and water and to have one only with international consultant 5) It a huge investment of the govt definitely this will take couple of years depending on the situation 6) My opnion this is even better approach than Maharlika” project by the govt. it has a direct impact on Filipino People

No private no oligarch in place, We filipinos can do the same? Or just by dreams only!
