I just noticed this. If it's a rich kid that died during hazing, there is a senate hearing. If there is a poor student from a state U who also died due to hazing, I can't remember of a senate hearing. I think the only sensationalize but if you are just a poor student, nobody remembers, not paid attention. Maybe it is just the difference between the rich and poor in terms of treatment.

Ang sabi ni Solano he performed CPR kay Atio nung dumating sya sa frat lib nung morning ng Monday...as a Medtech grad alam naman nya kung may natitira pang buhay kay Atio. So assuming may konting buhay pa si Atio at that time, ung oras na nalaman ni Dean Divina na may nangyari sa isang neophyte ng 12pm ng Sunday, hinayaan lang nya na andun lang sa loob ng frat library si Atio at hindi man lang pinadala sa hospital??? He could have saved his life, ilang oras syan andun from 12pm up tp 6am kinabukasan...pero walang ginawa ang dean. Hinintay pa nyang pumutok sa balita ang nangyari...tst tsk. Sana usigin kayo ng konsensya nyo hanggang sa pagtulog nyo...if nakakatulog pa kayo...

Lahat sila alam ang nangyari (Si Solano, Si Divina) imposibleng wala silang knowledge. Alam nila lahat ng nangyari, ung delays nlng ni Divina sa pag confirm sa pagkatao ng namatay masyado na syang mabagal to think he is a Lawyer at Senior ng Frat, may kakayahan syang malaman agad lahat lahat ng details on that Sunday palang, I agree with Senator Gordon at kahit pa magkaibang tao si Divina at Gordon(para sa akin) peri kung si Divina ay strongly against hazing or anything na mag ko-cause ng harm or even death and knowing na abugado sya, dean of civil law, senior ng argis juris, aba eh hindi ka basta basta mauupo nlng at maghihintay ng report ng secretary or sinuman, aba eh ikaw mismo kikilos ka..iisa isahin mo mga ka brad mo kung anu ba nangyari, may initiation bang nangyari or what..sino itong Castillo na ito..etc.. Sinadya nila ang delay hanggang sa ma embalsamo ang bangkay ni Atio, para nga naman kahit papanu mapagtakpan pa ung ibang detalye sa pagkamatay nya... Madami pang kinikimkim itong si Solano, and I dont believe na hindi sya kasama...

This is the senate that we have. Senators who doesnt know the law. Senators who doesnt know what government agency handles a particular case. Senators who doesnt listen. Senators who are a self proclaimed righteous. Senators who ask questions which tends to create implied conclusions and prejudice. Ofcourse its not all of them some, very few, shows that they deserve to be there.

Kung may BLS or Basic Life Support na Idea or Knowledge yang Popoy ,then He should know that TIME is very essential in reviving an unconscious person!~ First of thing ASAP na assist for less than a minute an unconscious person if one is really wanted to rescue the victim!~There are protocols as you passed along being credited as BLS Certfied person!~ Halatang naga cover up ang Dean ng Civil Law....Hindi kaya binayaran din yan?Calookan pa naman din ang place....hmmmmp Ang CP ni Atio gin bura na ang laman para di malaman ang connection!~ Mga Lawyers pa man din ang gumawa or concerns....nakakaduda lang!~

From the nearest hospital to CGH? Siguro may pulse pa 'tong si atio nung mag decide sila na dalhin sa hospital. E syempre nga naman kapag dinala nila sa nearest hospital, may chance na maka survive si atio mabuhay maituro if sino gumawa sakanya non. If dalhin sa medyo may kalayuan, until matuluyan na lang mawalan ng buhay para dead on arrival ang declaration sa hospital. OR! Dahil nga naman hindi na magpaparamdam ai atio sa family, naisip nila na unang pupuntahan ng family ni atio is UST dahil dun ang pnakamalapit sa venue na alam ng parents mabilis nila malaman ang ngyari kay atio.

Nakikinig ba to si Gordon? Hindi sya ang nag dala ng body sa CGH naka convoy sila naka motor sya. The body was with the people inside the fortuner. That was stated earlier if he was listening he'll know. Ang problema sa mga tao sa senate they only listen to things they want to hear and act as if they know everything.

hazing has been in many schools in manila. its a known fact but sometimes the administrators of the school turn a blind eye to it since many of them are part of the fraternity/sorority. i'm not accusing anyone but many times it happens that way.

What is terroRISA doing and saying at this hearing? She's changing words that caused Atio's death which she should not be. Ms. Hontivirus, the word HAZE or as use to describe such crime is different from the word HAZING which is the real crime committed in this hearing. Haze means atmospheric moisture, while Hazing is a crime committed to another person by using a paddle to hurt or may kill such person under initiation. She should be taught words and not change it.

Another pa-cute moment for the Senators para magkaroon ng media exposure, which is transferable to vote. Many students had died of fraternity hazing for the past 50 years. What had the Senate done? Puro lang Senate hearing to gain exposure. Palibhasa karamihan sa kanila members ng frats at ang fraternity membership is one good weapon for political success, survival, protection and lobbying. At one time siguro, kasama sila sa hazing. Madali lang naman talaga masolusyonan yan. Make fraternity illegal. Ewan ko lang kung ang ating mga Senador have the balls to make it a law. Ganun din nangyari sa BOC hearing, pang-picture perfect. Biruin mo, ngayon lang nila tinatanong kung meron bang corruption sa Custom. Parang sila na lang yata ang hindi nakakaalam na mother of all corrupt agencies ang BOC since its creation..

You're right - easier said than done. It's a never-ending story. Incident happens and Senate investigation follows. This will go on and on and on as long as fraternities exist. And for the Senators? Well, time for pogi points in front of the camera. Go underground? Well, I haven't heard of brutal hazing done in public. It's always done underground.

Possible din na etong si solano e hindi si popoy. Una sabi niya around 6am siya tinawagan pero hindi niya pinansin then around 7am dun na sinabi sknya and so he went to the place. Around 7am yon sabi niya na may tumawag sakanya at sinabi sakanyang basta. PERO! Sabi sa source ng senators sa isang group chat, around 9am hinahanap si "popoy" at tinatanong ang contact number. Sabi ni solano, 6am tinatawagan na siya hanggang 7am.
