Salamat po Senator Raffy! Talagang we have to be 10x ahead sa mga steps in carrying out extensive inspection sa mga foreign boats entering our ports at how many crew are on board. Good idea to have canine to detect drugs and canine to detect smuggled humans. Ang malungkot walang proper hi tech equipment or tools to use ang mga port authorities inspite the budget given to these various agencies.

They need ocular inspection, k-9, and need 24 hrs shifting personnel working. 7-3, 3-11,11-7 shift.

Tawi Tawi are surrounded by other small islands. Your can travel by seaport to Sabah Malaysia by any of that islands, not just from Bongao Tawi tawi. Way before like 2000 the coast guard in that area doesn't exist. And you can also pay people for easy way to travel to Sabah, Malaysia. But now there is already ferries that travels between Sabah,Tawao to Bongao. The only thing we don't know are if the business owners went legal way. Or if they had permits from the Departments of Transportation. The picture of the small lansa their showing it doesn't travel to Sabah but only to Sitangkai Tawi tawi. Another small island part of Bongao.

Sa desperation ng ilang kababayan natin makapgtrabaho abroad, kumakapit sa patalim at nabibiktima ng mga mapagsamantala. I could sense na may certain level of education naman si "Karen" na naging biktima, so why did she go that illegal process? Kulang ba sa right information or belief in the promise of an easy way but actually it turned out to be the dangerous way? The red flags were all over the place indicating illegal recruitment. Very sad indeed.

Sa pilipinas mayron yan check ninyo ang imigration ng zamboanga city..lalo na ang pikser mayron cila gamit ng imigration..kailangan senator hightek ang kagamitan ng imigration palitan ang mga istamping sa departure at arrival para di magaya..kasi isa din ako nakaranas sa kalakal papunta ibang bansa..
