Finally, an arrest order. I'm curious, is this Senate hearing series considered the due legal process required to prosecute erring politicians? Does it replace proper litigation that always take so long at the risk of the guilty escaping punishment by fleeing the country. The hearings have been so focused on Guo's falsified nationality as opposed to the other graver crimes. I pray that these hearings adhere to a timetable to avoid this case falling through the cracks.

SEC: isn’t it suspicious That name/s are incorporators or officers of 193 companies? If a name appears as incorporators or Officers of at least 10 companies, to me that should trigger further investigation or personal inreview at that point, specially if some or all these companies are not even reporting revenues.

They could have collected enough body of evidence that can be used to issue warrant of arrests before the public hearing in the Senate. The perpetrators have the chance to escape justice when these public hearing are conducted before they are arrested. NBI could have done good investigation, first sufficient for issuing warrants because these people are flight risk -tatakas itong mga ito! Especially the Chinese people!
