This does not work. After I install the extension, and click "Go Live" it asks me to "open a folder or workspace", however, I already have "index.html" open in Visual Studio!

Hi, do you have a folder opened in Visual Studio Code? To use Live Server, you need to open a folder by clicking on File > Open Folder... Select the folder where your HTML file is located and you should see the name of the folder in the explorer. 👍
