with a little effort, yoga is easy to understand intellectually, but it takes real sustained and disciplined effort/PRACTICE! @@Jay-Dub-Ay There has been alot of issues with interpolation, partial or not according to one's own associations with the words, and such. So, it is best to be able to refer to the originals in sound or more meaningful readings of certain passages or the contexts.

Tonight as I am on my second day, restarting my mediations practice, seven minute into meditation I jumped up, drove five miles to wal mart to buy 2 bags of twizlers , one large bag of gummy bears and a large bag of starbursts. I will resume meditation tomorrow 😊

I've also studied yoga for many years, about 40 years (yeah I'm quite old) and I really do wish a better translation had been chosen, the one you're using is very loose and un-technical and is not good for such as Patanjali yoga sutra. One if the best is still a very old translation by James Haughton Woods in the 1914. He was an excellent Sanskrit scholar not to be underestimated just because the translation was done in 1914. It's a very technical translation but is not an easy text, not meant for easy reading.

Dude, I'd love to do the course and had hoped to do so one day after saving some cash. Surprised to find that the price went up by $130 after this live stream. Sorry to say that us common folk won't be able to join the club

Jason says it all the time. First get you life in order because with all due respect if u cant afford a 130$ course then you likely arent where you need to be financially. Figure that out first then buy the course
