people in the 19th century first watching movies didn't think the train was going to hit them. this misconception comes from a figure of speech from the journal of a person who was there, where they likened the realism of the train to it looking as if it were going to hit them they didn't actually think their life was in danger.

There's something genuinely hillarious about the fact that this one random guy apparently had the recording to the full stream just sitting on his computer all these years and had zero clue that it was considered the holy grail of Minecraft lost media, being *the* video to make Herobrine an urban legend and all. It'd be like some random homeowner in Nebraska being found to have a lost Da Vinci painting only referenced in a few writings from the 15th century in his living room when he thought he only got a good steal on a reprint at the local flea market.

That tends to happen all the time with lost media. In some cases it isn't exactly "lost", it's more like hidden

I completely forgot about the search for this stream, lol. Only now, I've been reminded of it again. I'm glad that it's no longer lost media, thanks for sharing this piece of history
