On reflection, maybe my comment was a bit harsh?🤔😳 The judge couldn't give a whole life term because he was under 18 at the time of the attack, abeit only by 9 days! The judge recognised this was probably done intentionally to receive a lesser sentence. When you consider he will be 70 before any chance of a parole hearing, that is basically the rest of his life, hopefully they never release him because I doubt he will ever show any remorse or be able to rehabilitate back into society!😲🤔😳

For 21 year olds and over The maximum sentence is 4 years the minimum is 6 months the average sentence is 7.6 months. 18 to 20 year olds young offenders centre. Yes I agree carrying a gun is 5 years so it should be the same 5 years. Knives have three times as many deaths as guns. 160,000 children in the UK carry knives.

It's not a bad sentence considering our usual soft touch legal system, obviously it can never be enough for what he done but I think the judge was as tough as he could be re. His age and the guilty plea. I hope he doesn't ever get released though.

It's not a joke if you listen to it. He'll be 70 before he can even apply for parole which is highly unlikely it'll be granted. It's also highly unlikely he'll live to that age with any luck.

The judge has got that sentence wrong, three murders 150 years 8x attempted murders 320 years plus terrorism charge 30 years =500 years. How come he only got 52 years minimum? when it should be a whole life tariff.
