I will do the stitch on the scrawcrow in October. I used to stitch in the 80's and then stopped due to raising a family, I'm just getting back to it, and the scarecrow will be easy to stitch on a larger count of fabric. I'm now in my 80's and want to do this. I love your videos, always think about doing something, but now all in. I can do it.

Love the scarecrow!! I will probably stitch it later in the year. We raised 6 kids and lived in San Antonio for about 7 years. Sometimes seeing if your child can ride with a friend is necessary to keep your sanity when everyone is going in different directions. Good luck.

I wasn’t able to join the live today, but this was such a fun video. Emma and her friends look like they had a blast. Piggy looks so sweet and innocent, I can’t believe he is a troublemaker. 🥰 I have so much stitching going on right now that I will wait until October for Lori’s scarecrow. I will stitch the scarecrow in October. I am having fun getting back into cross stitch after 30 years. I stopped because I was a single working mom with two teenage boys with no time for stitching. I also had a long commute to work with lots of construction each year. Hang in there life will get easier.

I think the Quilted Scarecrow pattern is absolutely charming. I would love to stitch it with you during Stitchtober! Sorry you are going through a stressful period of time. I find when I am stressed, taking a deep breath and realizing that the stressful situations are only temporary, helps. Like your son, I am not a "photo person" either. My daughter jokes that she may only have maybe one or two photos of me (and she turns 40 on July 4th)! Love your video (as always). ❤

I didn’t get to watch live as I had appointments. I always make time for the live except for today. I want to try to start the scarecrow when I get the supplies but more than likely I will stitch with Kimberly.
