Have you found MS can be-linked to tendonitis? Tendonitis attacked my shoulders recently. (Diagnosed by Orthopedic Dr. ). Very painful, doing physical therapy.

What are your thoughts on TRT therapy for multiple sclerosis?

We need to avoid low testosterone level in men with MS for sure. Low T drives in men with MS is associated with worsening cog fog, depression and disease progression.

I have myoclonus, but can't have baclofen. Tried tizanadine and am now on piracetam. Still have clonazepam; it made me like a zombie. Medical Mary j is not legal, but I know it helps. I have been told sativex is not licensed for myoclonus. Any suggestions?

The non rigid foot brace sounds good but is totally undone by gravity ! Instead of pulling your toes up , it just pulls the collar ( high point ) around the leg lower . You need a mix , the non rigid AFO that cannot succumb to gravity with the elastic fixed from its collar ( high point ) to the laces near the toe !

Sooo, stem cell research. 1. What when, where, how, and why? I've really been considering this option but it bothers me that as an individual we would have to pay to be in the research group but may actually only receive a placebo. I'm POSITIVE that I'm just incorrect in my thinking. 2. Apparently not all stem cells are made alike. Could you explain this?

I will hopefully be able to join you on your next stream! I’m a 52 yo RMS pt and onset was 27 yrs ago. I have a lot of cog issues and is the main reason for my disability. Are we at increased risk of vascular dementia due to either 1) Cog dysfunction as a result of MS or 2) Inflammation in the ventricles? 😅 I’m very worried about it. Thank you! 🎗️

Question is it common or you mind is playing tricks on you. to feel like crap/ tired always about 2- 2.5 months before your next infusion (Retuxin) I've been getting this every time since I started Retuxin? Hello Dr B 🔥🔥🔥 Sarah here from Ontario Canada ❄❄❄☃️☃️☃️ Thank you for this platform!!! 🧡🧡🧡 In your opinion can RRMS patients have swallowing issues 4 years after 1st symptom presentation? Or is this reserved for later stage? I have had a very sore neck and intermittent swallowing issues for 6 months, recently when I turn my neck my tounge feels numb sometimes. If there is a lesion causing swallowing issues would it be seen on a brain MRI? (I had brain done in December 2022, spine was done back in 2020) I am trying to prepare my pre appointment letter for my MS Specialist as I have a lot of trouble remembering and asking my questions during office visits. I am sorry I typed my question incorrectly on the live chat tonight 🙄🙄🙄 Thank you cognitive function issues LoL

In Canada they decided to not go forward with the BKI trial named Hercules (SAR442168). So how would we go about coming state side since it is not an option here. It is amazing in the us even though here they say there was a health risk. I was so excited to be part of the trial until Nov17 when they emailed sorry it's a no go for Canada.
