Meditating might lead to seeing no self/not self (anatta in Buddhism) and see there's not anyone having an experience, it's just experience rising and passing away. I say that because that's what happened to "me".

There is a psychic side to my life but thankfully it’s not predominant and doesn’t interfere with my life. It’s also unrelated to my experiences with NHI. Since my mother was taken on the night of my conception, I suspect I was genetically engineered to be resistant to any other kind of experience other a direct face to face relationship with NHI. This, and there is a growing body of evidence that changes in consciousness near the time of sightings is due to EMF emissions from the vessels. The consciousness is the first thing that is abducted.

QUESTION FOR DR.SEMMLER: Jim Segala (of AAWSAP) since that program ended continued to develop the Modular Unidentified Phenomenon Alert System MUPAS, a device that measures environmental data in such a way that paranormal experiences can actually be predicted as well as documented in their effects. Have you considered implementing Dr. Segala's research with your own? It's a definite way to make your doctoral project a bit more "nuts and bolts" for peer-reviewed publishing later on, and most importantly, those experiencers who have worked with Dr. Segala gain a feeling of being more in control of their contact. Thanks for the question! I looked up MUPAS, and it looks fascinating! I don't think I'll be able to incorporate it at this stage of my research, since instrumentals weren't a part of my dissertation proposal. I'll for sure keep in touch with Steve and Mary, as well as participate in the chats when I can.

I didn’t have any idea she’d remember me even with my name. We met one night at CABI, Dan introduced us. We were all connected on Facebook for a while. I left in 2010 and didn’t come back until 2014. But I saw Dan today and we were trying to remember why we were all at CABI that night but he enthusiastically recalled Lisa and the meeting.

@@lisasemmler4111 I won’t be going much of anywhere in this weather but I’m on the GreenBelt almost daily in good weather. My average ride is 16-18 miles. I don’t haunt clubs or bars. I’ll have my “radar” up in the Spring should I see you on the GB. I go through the campus a lot too. Friendship Bridge, J. Davis Park. I’ll say hello if I see you. Too dang cold for biking.
