I would include Goldust in the cut character tournament. It's true that there is no hard evidence for him being in the game but thinking logically there's no way Yukes would've made his model for SD2 as he was in WCW at that time. They had to have made that model when he was still with WWF in early 1999. The fact that unlike Jarrett he's not in or mentioned anywhere in the prototype of SD1 or The Pro Wrestling 1 is likely due to him leaving much earlier than Jarrett so they had a lot of time to fully cut him (if they even had the game in any kind of playable state when he left to begin with).

The top you gave Ivory I think is actually an alternate top for Debra. It goes with the pink shorts and white boots. She wore it in a tag match with Jarrett in 1999. Ivory’s top is the blue one with the matching blue/purple or the red tights.

Smackdown 2 improved on a lot that this game put in motion. Except for the battle bars. Those still suck, big time.
