That was really useful. I've been publishing online for 10+ years but only got into vlogging when lockdown happened. I go live from my phone but want to crack the art of using the computer and streaming software - I'm a bit baffled right now! Thanks Omar! I plan on going live for the first time next Tuesday and I'm preparing now. Tonight I'll be making my thumbnail and writing the description so that I can schedule the livestream tomorrow. I'm a virtual teacher, and "go live" every day with my students. Hey Omar, I have been livestreaming for the last 121 days and will go live again tomorrow. Got some valuable tips from you. changed the settings, I use Streamyard and I stream simultaneously to other platforms as well. Loved the idea of attaching the thumbnail prior to the live. Will start doing that from tomorrow. Will also start making use of the slides since that adds variety like you said. Super idea! I am using my Mac to livestream so have not added any cameras or mics. Would love some feedback if you can manage since there are more than 150 videos there. Thanks so much

9:13 do you recommend filming like 5 to 10 videos that you never publish on KZbin or another platform so you get used to talking to the camera? The only thing that stopping me from starting stream is the fact that I know my first few videos are going to be super awkward because it's a hard transition to go from being regular person to trying to have a conversation with a camera and not found awkward while talking what do you just for that? Because I have a few good video ideas my first few videos but I'm scared to make them because I think the video ideas I have a really good but I think my awkwardness with talking to the camera with lower the quality of your videos that I have in mind so what do I do for that? Do I just leave those ideas for when I feel more comfortable and practice filming a few videos on my own? Or do I just go for it starts streaming and upload my offer videos anyway
