Please tell me I updated the game with the autumn update Vancouver, but when you go into the game the classic mode. How to fix this? Uninstalling and reinstalling the application did not help.

Well this shouldn't happen like that, I haven't faced something like this so I can't really help, maybe try installing the application outside of the store to see if it works then try installing from the store again. The issue is of the account so try logging in with a different account.
