Some advice from a random guy that solo played to GM as healer and tank, always ban Luna snow regardless of your team, and stop looking at your stats as a tank, the stats don’t show how many teammates you kept alive and saved with your shield. You’re letting the other team ult on your entire team a lot of the time. (Not on the stat sheet)

Regarding Cap's massive damage, it doesn't work in game. It only works in practice mode with cooldowns turned off so you can spam abilities. Sprint, then spam LMB, the sprint technically cancels the melee attack but only works when cooldown is off. You saw fake news ;)
