This is NOT a 55 and over community. You'll find residents from young families to retirees and everyone in between. It is a great little place to live that offers a great lifestyle and sense of community! Thank you for watching!

Thanks Kyle for making this video. If you can please help to answer this questions for those who just own land in there but still haven’t build home yet, are they still paying same HOA due same amount as others? And how often HOA fee increases? Thanks in advance

I’m glad you enjoyed the video, and thank you for watching! All property owners in Canyon Lake (houses, condos, and land) pay the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association dues. Condos owners also pay their sub-association dues. The dues for Canyon Lake do tend to increase a little bit each year, but there have been a number of years in the past where the dues were not increased. Great question! Residents who choose to pay the association dues on a monthly basis pay $345 per month starting May 2024.

Great question! Residents can reserve a campsite for their guest to stay at the campground! I have done this plenty of times for friends and family so we can all camp next to each other by the lake! 😎

Canyon lake is beautiful lots of boats that need the heat exchangers descaled to ensure proper running of the vessel sir

It's also do tankless water heaters on the homes and every 13 months and he done it will cause a malfunction with buildup of calcium and lime in the system and are expensive to replace they're much cheaper to having serviced and most plumbers charge 350 bucks and I'm doing is a promotional deal with my orange safeclean distilling agent in the machine l created and you should see the stuff that comes out of the tankless hot water heaters in the residential homes I'm doing is a promotional deal for $150 for residents and all boats or half price as matter fact all yachts and small vessels$850 versus the regular going rate which is $1,000 per engine I do a thorough and professional job and I can show you everything that I extract out of the boat or whatever has the tankless water heater or anything with heat exchangers thank you sir
