Apologies. It was written by mistake. I had mentioned in the preceding sentence that 2006 is not allowed. I meant to write 2006 and erase it to show that 2006 cannot be written. But I missed the erasing part and went ahead for the next blank. The correct answer is 2007 for Necklace of Usha. Thanks for pointing it out.

Hi, Cloud does not refer to sky. The statement is that cloud is called sky. And sky is called sea. So if I want to talk about sky I will call it sea. Sort of I am just changing name of sky to sea. For e.g. M.S. Dhoni is called Captain Cool. So that means that if I want to say hi to Dhoni from hence forth, I will say Hi Captain Cool.

Yes we can say that. But when we can get an exact answer using two statements we need to go for that option. Had it been that we are not able to get a complete answer using both statements, and using just the second statement we can answer that x!=3 then we can say that with only one statement we can get the answer. But when we can get the exact answer, such as in this case, we need to go for that option.
