Michael, I totally agree with you, being a Canadian, I said OUT LOUD and could probably find my pinned post where I said the day Trump stepped foot into the Oval Office that it’s just a matter of time before he tries to take over Canada 🇨🇦. Then his first term was over and I felt relief, now that he will be back in office again and seeing his pick and the evilness of them all just worries me again and even more now that this time he is going to try his hardest to take over Canada. I can’t even tell you if some of Canada meaning the conservatives are all in for this because if you look at our healthcare system right now, it seems they are getting us ready or either trying to get us used to having a failed healthcare system and making everything privatized. Right now in my city of Hamilton Ontario which is runned by Doug Ford a conservative, I can tell you the hospital I’ve been dealing with ‘Juravinski ‘ when it comes to cancer , I just got a call where they cancelled my appointment for Dec 17th and was told they no longer have any doctors there. I’m floored and in a panic because what does that mean???!!!! Where are the doctors going, why are they leaving? Something is definitely happening here. As a Canadian, I am extremely offended by Michael Cohen's comments that we do not have a standing Army. 'Canadian Armed Forces are a professional volunteer force that consists of approximately 68,000 active personnel and 27,000 reserve personnel' - Wikipedia. In addition, during WWII, 1 Million Canadians volunteered to serve, while the total population of Canada was only 11 Million!! To quote back to Micheal Cohen 'Facts Matter', if that is true, you need to apologize to your Northern neighbour!

Our military takes an oath to protect and serve our country and Constitution but NOT serve a king or dictator. I've spoken to Veterans and enlisted service members. The majority are saying that there would be a massive amount of court marshalls and defections .. the majority of our active military would refuse to follow Trump's orders. I do hope that is true.

To Michael cohen, im born in canada livef here all my life. We do have a military, domestic intelligence service, im pretty sure we even have military intelligence service, jsoc special forces. Its just our military is pretty underfunded compared to the State, we are using older equipment and things. But our special forces are ferocious, mainly because we took more resources and concentrated them into special forces JSOC kind of like other nato members. Im not entirely sure about our military intelligence service, but csis is interesting as hell. Its an interesting thing to theorize about, the states would win for sure. But i wonder how much damage we would do since we would be defending.
