Another country heard from. Okay, here is a pertinent excerpt from an article presented by lecturers at West Point, the USA military academy: "If the target comprises the persons to whom the pagers have been issued, and if they are classed as fighters in the NIAC, then again in principle the targeting of those individuals will be lawful (International Institute of Humanitarian Law, Manual on the Law of Non-International Armed Conflict, para. 1.1.2.)" Deal with it.

I don't really understand why the High Commissioner for Humam Rights allows himself to be used by Hezbolah. Provided they are not kosher, if there are any doubts at the various international organizations, then this is a very big RED flag. I hope that they do not receive any international funds and if so I would have the ASP books check now to see what they have done with those funds
@xaviergirard3983Ай бұрын

Most UN members are not qualified to talk about human rights. The UN should be completely restructured or abolished. Since the UN was founded, the organization has not managed to bring peace to a single country...and why don't these UN members even talk about Somalia or Sudan or East Africa, where 160,000 children have died so far, and that doesn't even include the adults...oh, I forgot...Israel isn't involved there!!!!!!!
@xaviergirard3983Ай бұрын
The United Nations assists and protects 71.4 million people fleeing war, famine and persecution.
@yessum15Ай бұрын
*_"ISRL isn't involved there."_* Well that's factually incorrect since ISRL is actually involved there. We should also note that ISRL is a likely a higher priority because they have been in violation of international law for far longer than any of these other places and is conducting higher liquidations of civilians per capita than any of these places. However, I do agree that the UN is ineffective. The primary reason for this is due to the US veto power which should be removed as they have been the worst wielders of said power among the few states granted it.
@stardustxx07Ай бұрын
@@yessum15 Your answer is in parts wrong...In Sudan are involved Russia (through Wagner Group), Central African Republic, Chad, United Arab Emirates....not Israel On January 21, 2021, Sudan's Justice Minister Nasreddin Abdulbari and US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin signed a document by which Sudan joins the Abraham Accords Declaration as a signatory state. US President Trump talks on the phone with Burhan, Hamdok and Netanyahu, October 23, 2020, in the Oval Office of the White House. Unlike Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, Sudan played a major role in the war against Israel and had itself waged war with Israel. Sudan's armed forces joined the Arab-Israeli War in 1948 and the Six-Day War in 1967. The Sudanese capital Khartoum was the place where the Arab League announced the “three no’s” (or “three no-go’s”) in its Khartoum Resolution after the Six-Day War in 1967: NO peace with Israel NO recognition of Israel NO negotiations with Israel As you can see also this was a war against Israel and not started by them!...Maybe you have forgotten this little facts Also in Somalia Israel isn`t involved... The Islamist terrorist group Al-Shabaab is waging war against the government of Somalia. As you can see the Islamist terrorist group Al-Shabaab is responsible for the war in both countries... Also they have nothing to do with the Situation in East-Africa According to Save the Children, the consequences of climate change are already a life-threatening reality in East Africa: While parts of Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia are suffering from drought, areas in South Sudan are still under water due to prolonged and heavy rainfall at the same time. This is exacerbating the hunger crisis. Children under the age of five are particularly affected... you don't want to blame Israel for climate change... Furthermore Israel didn`t started any war in 75 years, since the state was proclaimed!
@yessum15Ай бұрын
@@stardustxx07 Because most of your reply is nonsense I won't address it all. I'll simply point out a couple of factually incorrect points as representative of the rest of the nonsense. *_"ISRL did not start a single war."_* ISRL has started many, many wars. For example, no one denies that ISRL launched the Six Day War ('67) or the Sinai war ('56). Not even the US denies this. *_"ISRL is not involved in Sudan"_* I am Sudani. ISRL has been involved in Sudan for many years. They have armed several factions in Sudan and were party to a number of the developments that brought us to where we are today.
@stardustxx07Ай бұрын
@@yessum15 fact 1...Why did Israel start the 6-day war? The immediate triggers of the war were the Egyptian closure of the Straits of Tiran to Israeli shipping on May 22, the withdrawal of UNEF troops from Sinai forced by Egyptian President Nasser, and an Egyptian buildup of 1,000 tanks and almost 100,000 soldiers on Israel's borders...so it was actually self defense like any country has the right to defend itself in the face of a massive threat...you shouldn't leave out these details when you answer......and I don`t care if u are living in Sudan...I go with the facts and I don`t twist them just to blame Israel for something they didn`t done...I also don`t blame Unicef or Save the Children for their reports about the situation in Eas-Africa and call them nonsens...
