My son has a TBI in October 2023. His first application was denied after a year. Now on his appeal. Has State Internist appt this Saturday. And a adult Mental exam on Tuesday. What are the chances of him getting approved?

I got a tbi too and I was denied a year after my injury. I took it to court because I actually have issues and I won my case. Idk what type of tbi he sustained tho. I had a DAI
