Normal machine requires 25' vertical clearance. This small portable machine is known as Robot machine. It drills 6" Dia bore. Takes 12-15 hours for boaring a depth of 500'. The drilling charges are one and a half times of big machine charges. Maximum depth possible is 800' with robot. Drilling cost was 1.6 lakh for 800'

This kind of drilling machine should be made available in northeast india especially hilly areas,it doesnt need big area for the machine and the cost is low according to the price mentioned in the video detail. Here in nagaland cost of boaring is 4 to 5 lakhs ....
