How is the kick hitting so nicely In this beat can u do a updated tutorial for kick mixing. The vocals are nice I like the fact you told us your recording process cause a lot of us believe we need all this fancy equipment and you just showed us Tlm 102 with a 2i4 and mix sounds amazing bro.

@@JCananMusic Thank you cause this kick hits very hard on my speakers the weight of it is so nice. I wouldn't even mind paying for the tutorial bro you actually have some really good videos. But most defo a updated kick and 808 tutorial your mixes are too clean

I really learned a lot from your tutorial. If I may give you one feedback; Turn the beat off when you do EQ cause thr frequencies are easier to ID when the beat isn't masking it.
@markgibbins87244 жыл бұрын
Why didn’t you take out those other harsh frequencies in your first part of subtractive eq-ing

when ever i try to do p-comp it causes this doubler effect do you know why?
@mistysmith71835 жыл бұрын
IamPaulToweh what DAW are you using? And how are you setting up the bus in protools you would have to set it up as a mono aux input or a stereo aux input then move the stereo field into mono if you vocal track is in mono which it should be. In fl studio you would have to create a vocal bus then side chain that bus to the p-comp
@ShotByToweh5 жыл бұрын
@@mistysmith7183 interesting, I'm using Logic, but i will see if that fixes my issues. if im reading it correct everything should either be mono? or if it's stereo then everything should be in stereo?
@mistysmith71835 жыл бұрын
IamPaulToweh the reason i set my busses to stereo and move the pan to mono is because sometimes (very rarely) i like to use the s1 stereo imager from waves or a reverb pluggin directly on the vox bus and to do that in pro tools it has to be set up as a stereo bus to allow stereo information.
