There's a subtle difference between pseudo-psora & tubercular. Acute syphilis in a psoric patient, that blend ( without suppression) is pseudo-psora and that knot can easily be separated with medicine. Tubercular is the transmission of psora - syphilis blend through the pedigree. Naturally, the later one is stronger.
