I discovered Lilly with Trinity Lane and I truly think she is one of the best songwriters working right now. There is something very sincerely human about her lyrics.

I'm on a major Lilly Hiatt binge because I just saw her at the Sunset Tavern in Seattle. She's so great and I wish she was more well known! I told her when she was selling her own merch that she writes amazing songs! The only thing wrong with this INCREDIBLY COOL song is that I wish it was about twice as long as it is! Lilly Hiatt = it's like Lucinda Williams and Bob Dylan had a baby. 😄
