After years of staying at MGM properties we’ve booked our first trip at a Caesar’s spot! We’ve always been able to get comped rooms at MGM, but not anymore! Looked at our offers at Caesar’s and had comp rooms at a bunch of different hotels. Gonna give it a try. We’ve had a comped room at the Wynn before and it was soooo nice. We’d make that our home base if they sent more offers.

I am very positive there are number like you leanne. Loyalty in the casino industry seems to be more and more one sided. Customers want to be appreciated but casinos want to cut benefits.

I give it 2 months before FP offer drops- also a good chance your host will mention this to you next time you try & book. My sister used only FP 2 trips in a row at Bally’s AC, her host mentioned she needs to play more if she wants her comps - (FP drastically dropped) the times she did this wasn’t necessarily on purpose- the first time was because she went down for a concert & didn’t have a lot of “play time” 1 night stay & the second stay was similar with other activities planned. Other than those 2 back to back trips she is a player… will be interesting to see how long Marc’s comps last- great discussions

I think they will dismiss it as long as they can before giving up, they don’t want to admit that someone changes their play style.

Sorry I missed you guys! My liking of MGM has gotten less and less as well. Beau Rivage here in Biloxi doesn’t give much free play if any to locals. Looking forward to your updates from G2E!!
